This firefighter collapsed from heat exhaustion. As a Paramedic rushes towards him, his Lieutenant bends over him in concern. Some manipulation of a blurry flash mis-fire captured the moment in a way I would never have done intentionally.

You can almost feel the stress of the paramedic running towards him, and the concern that the Lieutenant is feeling for the downed Firefighter.
